I’ve been insured through FeelSafe for over 5 years now and honestly it was one of the best investments I made when moving to Austria. I booked my doctor’s appointments both through their partners as well as on my own, and both ways were super quick and easy. I never had any issues, never had to wait, I found excellent doctors every time, and my refunds were always punctual. It also made getting and renewing my visa every year much easier. Absolutely recommend, 10/10

I have used this policy since 2021 after coming to austria.

The original price was 75 euros per month. Currently, after the most recent 17 euro/month price increase, it is 122 euros. I am not a person with any chronic illness or accidents, and overall submitted very few claims and the company could not provide any reasons as to why my policy has increased by 63%.
Therefore, I cannot recommend them. Yes, their customer service is convenient in english. This is the one advantage.

For prospective students coming to EU from third countries: used the public health insurance, ÖGK, because it is 69 euros per month.

FeelSafe/UNIQA will slowly but surely increase the price of your premium at random and without warning. Not good for people who are already financially tight.

FeelSafe has helped me to get the right information I was looking for. They have always answered fast and clearly. I bought a health insurance for a friend and when her travel was cancelled, I wrote FeelSafe asking if there would be a partial reimbursement. Honestly I did not expect a positive answer since the starting date of the insurance was already passed. Instead, they answered fast as always and reimbursed me the money I paid.
The service they provide is excellent and I will definitely come back to them when needed.

FeelSafe does an excellent job at understanding what its customers need - a smooth and reliable immigration process. The health insurance product itself is fine - a reimbursement-based system with good coverage, but not significantly different from any other private insurance package. But its real value is that it is designed to meet Austria's strict standards for health coverage during immigration. Its products are structured (with clear instructions in multiple languages) to cover each step of a sometimes confusing process from travel insurance for entry visas to term coverage for residence permits. Its customer service is quick and top notch if any issues appear with documents or bureaucracy.

I have to go give it to them, their customer service is top notch. They always responded quickly and were very kind whenever I had any questions. Going to private clinics and getting reimbursed was a breeze. The only reason I think someone could not like it is the very high price increases coming from Uniqa (which I guess is out of their control). It started from around 70 euros and now it hit almost 100 euros, at which point I got a job and changed to public insurance. But as long as I was a student, it was great.
